i want to pickup my crawfish, where do i pickup?

Pickup location is our residence in Flower Mound. The exact address will be included in the confirmation email you receive as soon as you place your order. It will also be included in the Thursday night email.

The Thursday night email will contain additional details such as cost, payment options, and pickup location.

What time are your pick ups?

Since it is at our residence, this is at your convenience. We ask that you text us the night before with a ballpark time frame. Then text us again when you are on the way!

This will be explained in the email you receive Thursday night.

HOW do i keep them overnight?

Keeping crawfish alive overnight is easy if you know what to do:

Use a cooler with a drain plug and make sure the drain plug is open.
Place the netted sack of crawfish in the cooler.
Cover them with ice.
Close the lid. Closing the lid will not suffocate them. Crawfish breathe oxygenated water, not air. Leaving the lid open only melts the ice faster and can allow water to build up, which may drown them.
Tilt the cooler. Don’t drown them. Prop up one end of the cooler so the melted ice water can drain out of the open plug.
They will stay in great condition overnight this way.

What is the difference between a waitlist and a cancellation list?

A waitlist means we are checking to see if we can obtain enough crawfish from our farms in Louisiana due to the current catch status. This happens quite a bit during "early season." We usually have an answer for this by THURSDAY NIGHT of that week.
A cancellation list means we have sold all that we have acquired from the farms. Now, we wait and see if anyone cancels. If they do, we will notify you ASAP.
You will know which list we are accepting by the "Pop up" window on the home page.
